APQuímica is the national reference association for the Chemical, Petrochemical and Refining sector. It is also the managing entity of the Petrochemical, Industrial Chemical and Refining Competitiveness Cluster.

Its mission is to contribute to the sustainable evolution of its members' activities, as well as to the strengthening of their competitiveness and the continuous improvement of their practices. Thus, through an articulated performance with its associates, it intends to continue to make a relevant contribution to the economic and social development of the country.
